Digital Products

Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold by The Prosperity Grid (including PDFs, Prompt Libraries, and the AI Millionaire Blueprint PRO), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered to your email, it cannot be "returned."

Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital purchase has been made.

Exceptions

We want to ensure you receive what you paid for. The only exception to our no-refund policy is if:

You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our payment gateway (Razorpay).
You never received the product via email, and our team is unable to manually deliver it to you after you have contacted support.
